Marketing magazine is launching its third annual edition of the MARKies Awards to celebrate the most innovative, creative and effective campaigns or projects spanning Singapore’s entire marketing services industry. Each year, the MARKies Awards provides agencies in Singapore with a platform to put forth their best work done on behalf of their clients, and get rewarded for it.
A highlight of the industry, the awards prides itself on an exclusive jury of independent, expert client-side marketers who will judge individual entries focusing on the campaigns’ creative ideas or the innovative use of media and score them against four main criterias – idea, strategy, execution, and results.
The 2019 awards will take place in Singapore on 11 April and will award work executed for the local market in 2018. With a revamped list of 29 categories across two segments—Creative Ideas and Media Usage—the MARKies Awards covers a diverse spectrum of marketing mediums and channels.
A redefined scoring criteria that will better benchmark best ideas and best use will ensure that each and every entry is given the chance it deserves to shine, and that only the most stellar work gets recognised.
Gold, silver and bronze titles will be awarded for each category and the leading performers across all categories will receive the highest honours of Overall Creative Ideas MARKie and Overall Media Usage MARKie.
Winning a MARKie(s) serves as both an affirmation of the quality of an agency’s work amongst competitors and peers and a validation of the brilliant minds behind amazing campaigns.
